When I climb the stairway to Heaven
I know what will await me at the top,
It will be a sight so beautiful
that it will almost make my heart stop.
A light so bright
will shine into my eyes,
There will finally be answers
to all of my many "Whys."
As I look around
I know that I will see,
My Saviour will be there
with open arms to welcome me.
My final wish will be granted
as He says, "Come and you will see,"
My heart filled with utter joy
as He gives you back to me!
