Home at Last

Animals come to greet you
while birds sing in the sky,
You no longer are afraid
and you have to wonder why.
Why are you now walking
what's happened to your wheelchair,
Nothing but beauty and tranquility
surrounds you now every where.
Cool refreshing rain
sprinkles down upon your face,
You are no longer afraid
for you're in such a peaceful place.
In the distance a man suddenly appears
the animals rush to His side,
Suddenly you are no longer lost
for you know you've found your guide.
"Don't be afraid mommy,
for there are no monsters in this place,"
"Shh," you answer me back
"I know~I've just seen God's face."
